Vulcan Free Standing Gas Fryer

The Vulcan 2GR45CF is a 2 battery design with a 45-50lb. shortening capacity for each one. Total oil capacity is 90 lbs. Total output is 240,000 BTU/hr, and it has a stainless steel cabinet and two 14"x14" fry tanks. A KleenScreen Plus® filtration system helps filter out debris. It also has computer controls. Available to use with either natural gas or propane.
