Star's electric twin
pot fryers feature all stainless steel construction. Two
separate control housings with indicator lights, adjustable
snap-action thermostat, hi-limit safety thermostat and immersion
type elements are standard. Housing swings up to removed 15
lb. fat capacity kettles. A terminal block for making line
connections is provided. Fryers operate on 208 or 240 Volts.
